Role Description
Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage end-to-end campaign creation, from defining objectives to budget allocation, ad creatives, targeting, and performance tracking.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize paid search campaigns and improve search engine ranking.
Oversee the creation and testing of compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve campaign goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features on Google and Meta to leverage the latest opportunities.
Collaborate with the content team to align paid media efforts with organic content and SEO strategies.
Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital landscape.
Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility and drive more qualified traffic to clients’ or our website.
Track website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
Present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Create marketing/campaign performance report.
Supervise a team of marketing executives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, ad creation, targeting, and performance optimization.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and a demonstrated ability to improve search engine rankings.
Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Experience with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

To execute sales activities including servicing existing and potential clients, accounts collection etc.
Close sales from the leads generated
Source new potential sales
Meet monthly Sales target & kpi
Engaging with clients on Zoom calls , Phone call , face to face meeting, emails , communication text etc.
To work closely with the existing clients by providing prompt service to the customers
Identify Sales opportunities, formulate Sales Strategy and develop total Solutions proposal to clients
Sales forecasting , Clients database
Requirements
1-3 Years of Sales Experience
Minimum of degree qualification in Business Sales or related Marketing industry.
Fluent command of English and proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Experience in digital marketing and social media management
Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work independently.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising and content trends and technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Willing to travel and possess own transport.
Good command of Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Google slide
